Terms of Use

Last updated: October 11, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Alzu app, provided by Guillermo Julian Gallego Gonzalez, an individual (tax ID and address: to be published). By using the app, you accept them. Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies.

1. What Alzu is

Alzu is an app to organize strength training: it builds a plan from your answers, guides you through each session and shows your progress. It includes a free exercise library.

2. Health and safety

  • Alzu is not a medical service and does not replace advice from a doctor, physiotherapist or coach.
  • Before starting, check with a professional if you have an injury, a medical condition or any health concern.
  • If you feel pain during an exercise, stop and see a professional.
  • You train at your own risk. Results vary from person to person and we don't guarantee any specific outcome.

3. Subscription

  • The plan and workout mode require a subscription. The exercise library and your progress (history, records and charts) are free.
  • Free first workouts (the “first week”): without subscribing, you can do as many free workouts as your plan has days per week (2 to 5), with everything included and no time limit. No payment is required and nothing is charged when they end unless you subscribe. It is offered only once: retaking the questionnaire, reinstalling the app or restoring your data from iCloud on another iPhone doesn’t renew it.
  • Options: yearly ($39.99) or monthly ($7.99). Prices may vary by country and are shown in the App Store before purchase.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel in iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms.

4. Permitted use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your Apple devices. You may not copy, modify, resell or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Third-party content

Exercise illustrations and instructions come from RepDB (repdb.co) and are used under its free license (RepDB Free Tier License v1.0), which allows commercial use inside the app with attribution. All other content, the design and the Alzu brand belong to Guillermo Julian Gallego Gonzalez.

6. Liability

We do our best to keep the app working well, but we can't guarantee it's error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries or damages resulting from improper use of the app or from not following the safety guidance. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll let you know in the app.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
